One is a double bedroom with ceiling fan and with Air Condition. Spare bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1Single bed. Fans are available in all rooms. Open plan Kitchen / dining / living room with sofa that can open into a bed. It’S fully furnished with, micro wave, oven and hob, fridge and freezer, ecc there are 2 Terraces which are private used only by you. On the second terrace, the one by the kitchen there is a table with 4 chairs and umbrella. In the living room there is a Satellite t. V. , Wireless Internet and an Easy line card telephone. The Bathroom has solar system for hot water and there is an automatic washing machine. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge. Price are for 5 persons. If you will be more please let us know. You will have 40 units free of electricity for 1 week. When you exceed it you need to pay 30c per unit. Water and gas are included in the price. Breakage Deposit of € 200 must be paid before entering the apartment.
